G Goldside
Documents arranged in labelled folders

Three sessions, one household in order

Goldside offers three distinct services for households at different stages of readiness. Each one produces a printed, physical result — and each one stays entirely within an organisational scope.

Back to Home

Our approach to document organisation

Each Goldside session follows a consistent method: understand what documents the household holds, produce a clear index of where each one is kept, and leave a physical, printed record that can be referred to at any point without accessing technology.

The scope is administrative only. We do not comment on the content of documents, interpret their implications, or offer guidance on financial or pension matters. That boundary is maintained in every session, regardless of what documents are present.

All sessions are held at our office in Subang Jaya. Participants are asked to bring the documents they would like indexed, or we work with what is already organised in folders at the office visit.

Informational and organisational only

Every session is described, scoped, and priced before it begins. There are no surprises in the session itself.

Physical output every time

Indexes, summaries, and handbooks are printed and given to participants at the close of each session.

Proceeds at your pace

Sessions are not timed to minimise cost. They run until the work is done properly — or until a natural point to continue at a second visit.

A personal document index session

Personal Document Index Session

A single bench-style session that produces a printed personal document index — a clear, one-page list showing where each of the household's key documents is kept. The session is informational and organisational in scope, and does not extend to opinions on entitlement matters or document contents.

Participants leave with the printed index, a labelled set of folders, and a written note explaining the index logic — so the system can be maintained without guidance from Goldside.

What this session covers

  • Identification and naming of all household documents
  • Creation of printed personal document index
  • Labelled folder set prepared and given to participant
  • Written index-logic note for future reference

Session steps

  1. 01Brief intake to understand document types held
  2. 02Document-by-document review and notation
  3. 03Index compiled and printed
  4. 04Folder labels applied and set prepared
  5. 05Index-logic note written and explained

Quarterly Records Review

A quarterly review meeting that brings the household's records up to date — checking labels, updating the index to include new documents, and noting what has changed since the previous session. Framed as a steady administrative rhythm, not as financial or pension advice.

Participants leave with an updated printed index, refreshed folder labels where needed, and a one-page session summary noting what was reviewed and changed.

What each quarterly session covers

  • Review of current index against actual documents held
  • New documents added to index
  • Labels refreshed where faded, missing, or changed
  • One-page session summary of changes

Best suited for

Households that have completed a Personal Document Index Session and wish to maintain a tidy, current index over time. Also suitable for households that receive frequent correspondence or documentation and want to file it systematically each quarter.
