3. Service Description

Goldside provides document organisation services for households, with a focus on retirement-age individuals. Our current services are:

All services are informational and organisational in scope only. We do not provide financial, pension, estate, or legal advice. Nothing discussed or produced in our sessions constitutes advice of that nature.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our website or engaging our services, you agree to:

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual who acts in breach of these responsibilities.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Goldside website — including text, layout, and visual design — is the property of Goldside and is protected under applicable Malaysian intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or republish any part of our website without prior written consent.

Printed materials and documents produced during a session (such as your personal index or handbook) are produced for your own household use. They may not be reproduced for commercial distribution.

6. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Current service fees are:

Service Fee
Personal Document Index Session RM 500
Quarterly Records Review RM 1,300
Multi-Visit Records Reorganisation Programme RM 4,250

Payment is due prior to or at the commencement of each session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations and rescheduling: We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule without charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a partial session fee to cover preparation costs. We will communicate this clearly at the time of booking.

Fees are subject to change. Any change will be communicated before a new booking is confirmed.

7. Service Delivery Terms

Sessions are conducted at our office at 31 Jalan SS 15/4, 47500 Subang Jaya, unless an alternative arrangement is agreed in advance.

The scope of each service is described on our Solutions page and in this agreement. Goldside will not extend a session or programme beyond its agreed scope without a separate arrangement.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain scheduled appointments. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance on our part, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule at no additional cost.

Confidentiality: Information you share with us during a session is held in confidence and used only to deliver the service. We do not discuss individual client records with third parties.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided in good faith on an informational and organisational basis. We make no representations about the completeness of any document index or binder produced during a session — these depend on the documents you bring to the session and the information you share with us.

No professional advice: Nothing on our website or produced during our sessions constitutes financial, legal, estate, pension, or any other form of professional advice. If you require such advice, please consult the appropriate registered professional.

Our website is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the site will be continuously available or free of errors, though we will endeavour to maintain it appropriately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, Goldside shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific service shall not exceed the fee paid for that service.

We are not liable for any loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including utility outages, severe weather, or other unforeseen disruptions.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Goldside and its staff against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services or website.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service arrangement with reasonable notice. If you choose to discontinue a programme partway through, fees already paid for completed sessions are non-refundable. Any unused and unscheduled sessions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Goldside reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if a user's conduct is inappropriate or if continued service would not be in the interests of both parties.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from them shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

We encourage informal resolution first. If you have a concern, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work with you to find a fair resolution before any formal process is considered.

Applicable consumer protection framework: Consumer Protection Act 1999 (Malaysia).

13. General Provisions

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be amended. We recommend reviewing this page before each engagement. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
